Your satisfaction matters. Learn about our return, cancellation, and refund process for a seamless experience.

Effective Date: 25 August, 2026
Company Name: Amit Mulani and Team Pvt. Ltd.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to digital courses purchased from Amit Mulani & Team Private Limited through our website or Android application.

1. General Policy

Because our courses are digital educational services and access is provided immediately after successful payment, course purchases are generally non-refundable and cannot ordinarily be cancelled after successful payment.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that course access may be activated immediately.

This policy is subject to applicable consumer and other statutory rights.

2. No Ordinary Cancellation

Once payment has been successfully completed and the course has been activated, the customer cannot ordinarily cancel the purchase.

Examples of reasons that do not ordinarily qualify for cancellation/refund include:

  • Change of mind
  • No longer wanting the course
  • Not using the course
  • Personal circumstances
  • Failure to complete the course
  • Dissatisfaction with expected business results
  • Failure to obtain export orders or buyers
  • Failure to generate income

3. Wrong Course Purchased

If a customer accidentally purchases the wrong course, the Company may approve one course transfer, subject to administrative approval.

If the replacement course is more expensive, the customer must pay the difference.

If the replacement course is less expensive, the applicable difference may be refunded.

No additional transfer will ordinarily be provided.

4. Duplicate Payment

If a customer is charged twice for the same course due to an accidental duplicate transaction, the duplicate payment may be refunded after verification.

The Company may request transaction details or other information reasonably necessary to verify the duplicate payment.

5. Payment Successful but Course Not Activated

If payment has been successfully received but course access is not automatically activated due to a technical or payment-system issue, the Company will verify the transaction.

Once the payment is confirmed, the Company may manually activate the customer's course access.

6. Technical Service Problems

If a material technical issue prevents access to a purchased course, the Company will make reasonable efforts to restore access.

Where appropriate, the Company may extend the course validity period to compensate for the affected period.

A temporary technical issue does not automatically create a right to monetary refund.

7. Chargebacks

Customers are requested to contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback where the issue can reasonably be resolved directly.

If a chargeback is initiated, the Company may suspend course access while the transaction is investigated.

If the payment is reversed or determined to be unauthorized, the Company may continue the suspension or terminate the account.

8. Company-Initiated Cancellation

The Company may cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Fraudulent transaction
  • Suspected unauthorized payment
  • Duplicate transaction
  • Technical/payment processing error
  • Account misuse
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions
  • Legal or regulatory requirements
  • Other exceptional circumstances

Any refund resulting from Company-initiated cancellation will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.

9. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or payment channel, subject to the capabilities and processing timelines of the relevant payment provider.
